Training

Training is a basic need when you want to have a quality product. Quality starts with training and ends with training. Training is needed at all levels of the organization, not only for operators. It is very difficult to find a quality control inspector who can differentiate inspection by attributes and inspection by variables just by having completed the high school, for it requires training, similarly a new-graduated engineer will have many difficulties to graphically describe the differences between Cp and Cpk, he will understand this very well only with training.
